Brunello Rino Srl is a firm which has evolved from a one-man business and now operates in the field of development, design and contruction of steel moulds for concrete block products for over than 35 years.

The moulds, suitable for any type of vibro moulding machine, are designed and manufactured in accordance with customers requirements and dimensions to produce paving stones, curb stones, grass pavers, retaining blocks and hollow blocks.

The moulds thus produced and inspected with the most modern and reliable technology, offer an excellent finished product for flatness and verticality and, given the high surface hardness obtained by heat-treatment, guarantee excellent lating consistent dimensional characteristics, which ensures a longer life.

Our nearly thirtyfive year mould-making experience allied to our modern CAD/CAM technologies are the basics on which the quality and precision of Brunello Moulds are founded.

The close liason between our planning and production departments enable us to monitor the mould through each stage of its manufacture, ensuring the maximum efficiency while maintaining the highest precision and quality in the construction of the mould.

The manufacturing processes of cutting cavity sections from special solid steel of high thickness, the head-forging tamper shoes, the surface carboncementation heat treatment of the insert and tamper shoes, the final process of grinding down the mould base, make our moulds unique in the concrete paver industry.
